Thank you for helping us save hundreds of vaccine doses through the use of our COVID-19 Vaccination Reserve list, which we've employed in the initial COVID vaccination programme to help minimise wastage.

As COVID Vaccination migrates to becoming part of our day-to-day operations, we've removed this vaccination reserve form, and have implemented other measures such as walk-in vaccinations, to minimise vaccine wastage.
