Patients who benefit from our 24-hour prescription collection service at Wellway Pharmacy Morpeth will still be able to access their prescriptions over the bank holiday — however please note that no prescriptions will be processed or added to our collection point on days when the pharmacy is closed.

As always, please ensure you leave enough time for your repeat medication to be prescribed, sourced, and dispensed — at least three working days from the point of ordering to being collected. Earlier ordering allows for us to streamline our services and ensure provision for everyone who needs it, reducing wait times — this is especially important in current circumstances, where supply issues may be more prevalent.
