As Community Pharmacies contracted by NHS England to provide NHS Services, we value your opinion on the service and care we provide you. Annually, we perform a patient questionnaire to gather patients' feedback on our pharmacies — so you can help shape the care and services you receive.

You can have your say about us in a number of ways — you can either call into our branches to fill out a paper questionnaire, or simply follow the links below to leave feedback for our pharmacy sites. Thank you for taking the time to help us improve.
We really appreciate your feedback, and the time you take to leave it. Results of our quality survey are published every year, once the survey has concluded at the end of November.
We publish results both in our pharmacies and online, and we try to respond to as much feedback we receive as possible.
As we provide NHS Services, this feedback is invaluable when it comes to commissioning new services, and helping garner support for local, independent community pharmacy.
