Our recruitment process can vary depending on job role and training requirements, however our general recruitment outline is as follows:
This will allow us to screen candidates for an interview phase of recruitment.
Screened candidates will be invited to interviews, usually with a pharmacist manager present.
Based upon all information provided to us, management will deliberate and decide upon the candidate who would be best suited to the role in question. From then on moving forward, an induction will be provided and further training provided to allow you to fulfill your role if required.
Note this process will be different for Pre-Registration Pharmacists joining the Pharmacy team. Please consult our Pre-Reg Page for further information.
