A simple way to get your vaccinations.
Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you against respiratory illnesses. It’s really easy to get vaccinated.
Find your closest pharmacy – we have locations at the heart of Morpeth, Pegswood and Ashington.
Book your appointment on the NHS website, or find your nearest walk-in site, and pop across! If you cannot book your vaccination online, call 119 to book or get in touch with us.
We’ll confirm your name, information and eligibility, and then our Pharmacist will be able to explain the vaccinations and take your consent. Our Pharmacist or trained staff member will then administer the vaccination(s) and provide any aftercare advice, after which you will be able to leave unless we need to observe you for a set amount of time.

Eligibility for Spring NHS COVID Boosters
You can receive a free NHS COVID-19 Spring Booster if you’re:
– aged 75 or over by 17th June 2025
– live in a care home for older adults
– aged over 6 months and living with immunosuppression
Immunosuppressed Patients
Patients aged 6 months or over who are Immunosuppressed are eligible for COVID-19 Spring Boosters. We vaccinate persons aged 18 or over.
According to the NHS website, you may have a weakened immune system (be immunosuppressed) due to a health condition, treatment or medicine, including if you:
– have ever had a blood cancer, such as leukaemia, lymphoma or myeloma
– have had an organ, bone marrow or stem cell transplant
– have HIV (at any stage)
– have a genetic disorder affecting your immune system
– have certain medical treatments, such as steroid medicine (depending on your dose), certain antibody therapies, chemotherapy or radiotherapy (including those whose treatment ended up to 6 months ago)
– take certain medicines that increase your risk of infection, such as azathioprine, dexamethasone, prednisolone, ciclosporin or mycophenolate (depending on your dose)
– take long-term immunosuppressive treatment for conditions such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, scleroderma and psoriasis.
If you are unsure, please speak to your pharmacist, GP or specialist for advice. You can also confirm your eligibility with the healthcare professional at your vaccination appointment.

You may be invited by your GP to attend for a Flu/COVID-19 vaccination. It is up to you as to where you attend for vaccination; note you can only be vaccinated against COVID-19 once, and Flu once, during the Autumn/Winter 2024-2025 campaign.
Walk-in Vaccinations
Walk-in Spring Booster Vaccinations are available at specified locations, during clinic hours, up until June 2025. Find out suitable locations and times using our clinic date and time list, shown above. You can always give us a call to check availability and how busy we are beforehand.

Age Limitations at our Sites
Our clinics are at present only able to those aged 18 or over. Eligible patients under 18 may attend other sites (which can be found via the NHS website), or receive their vaccination via a participating GP surgery.
Private COVID and Flu Vaccination
We offer Private Flu Vaccination during Flu Season, September to March each year. Find out more →
We are not currently able to offer private COVID-19 vaccinations. We will provide updates on our website and social media channels if these become available for patients.
Remember all those aged 75 or over, or those aged 74 and turrning 75 years by 17th June 2025, are eligible for a free NHS COVID-19 Spring Booster.
Receiving COVID and Flu Vaccinations at the Same Appointment (Winter Only)
Receiving Flu and COVID vaccinations at the same appointment has proven to be safe, effective, and efficient. Usually, we’ll administer one vaccine in each arm, after making sure you are eligible, and suitable to receive vaccination. If you have any questions about receiving two vaccinations at the same time, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
