Financial Benefits
Smoking is increasingly expensive. In addition to the numerous mental and physical health benefits, quitting will save you money. Allowing you to save up for that next holiday, or cover that extra coffee.

NRT is here to help you quit.
Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms by giving you a low, safe dose of nicotine — without the harmful chemicals in cigarettes. It’s a well-tested and widely used tool for quitting smoking.
NRT comes in different forms like patches, gum, lozenges, nasal sprays, and inhalators. You can use just one, or combine types (like a patch plus gum) to give yourself the best chance of success. Our advisers can discuss suitable options with you.
NRT is safe, effective, and available as part of our Stop Smoking Service — free from your local pharmacy.
