More than just an alert: by joining our notification service, you’ll never miss an important update. While our primary focus is your prescription status, we may occasionally send:
Clinical Reminders
Alerts for seasonal flu or pharmacy-led health services if you’re eligible.
Pharmacy News
Important news regarding bank holiday hours or new service launches.
Support, not Spam
We’ll only ever send you prescription alerts, and a maximum of one update or news text every three months. That’s a promise.

Frequently Asked Questions.
When you provide us with your mobile phone number, our system can automatically track the dispensing progress of any prescriptions we receive for you.
When the prescription is ready to collect, we’ll send you a text, letting you know it’s ready – and also how many items it’s for, and if there’s anything still outstanding – saving you time and trips to the pharmacy.
Get a text notification and collect your medicines 24/7 with our automated collection points. Find out more and sign up for this service at participating pharmacies using the link below.
It is possible to register for this service with your mobile number, on behalf of someone else, with their permission. Ask the person you’d like to receive the texts for to complete the registration form, indicating that they are using a representative’s phone number, and that they give permission for this to be used.
This service is free of charge for our pharmacy users. It should not cost to receive an SMS text message, however charges may apply if you receive these messages when you’re abroad, with roaming turned on.
Simply inform a member of staff in-branch, and we will remove your number from the notification system immediately.
