Weekly organisers are not suitable for all medications or all patients. They are also labour intensive, and we’re not provided any additional funding to support this. Therefore, to ensure this is the safest and most effective option for you, we require a consultation to discuss eligibility.

• Clinical Assessment: Our pharmacists must assess whether your specific medications are stable enough to be removed from their original packaging.
• Equality Act: We prioritise those with a clinical or cognitive need for a compliance aid under the Equality Act.
• GP Coordination: Your GP must agree to move your prescriptions to a 7-day (weekly) cycle before we can begin the service.
