How it works

1. Collect your new medicines

When you’re first prescribed a new medicine for a long-term condition, we’ll explain how to take it, and ask if it’s okay to follow up with you to see how you’re getting on.

2. The follow-up

Our Pharmacist will call or offer a face-to-face chat 7–14 days later to see how you’re getting on and answer any questions you may have.

3. The Review

Our Pharmacist will perform a final check-in 2–3 weeks later to ensure the medicine is working for you and that you’re comfortable with your routine.
