Fill out our simple secure form below to join our delivery service. You can continue to order your medicines as usual through your GP or NHS App.

When do we deliver?

We usually deliver between 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. We don’t deliver on Bank Holidays.
Please ensure someone’s in where possible. We can only put medicines in “safe places” or through letterboxes if you stipulate this is possible when you join, and only for non-controlled medicines.

Nominating our pharmacy: key things to know

If you’re a new patient to our pharmacies, and nominating us for the first time, here’s some things to bear in mind:

Your information is stored and transmitted securely, in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act.
As a patient at our pharmacy, we share limited information about you to those who commission our services, the wider NHS, and local and national authorities, for the purposes of providing healthcare and for our payments.
You don’t have to nominate a pharmacy in order to receive your prescriptions.
You can still receive your prescriptions from your GP and ask them to be sent to a specific pharmacy each time.
If you nominate a pharmacy, your prescriptions will be sent to them electronically for dispensing. There’s no need to pick up a paper copy from your GP.
Unless you specifically request a paper prescription, or the item prescribed can only go on paper.
You are free to choose any pharmacy (or none at all) as your nominated dispenser, regardless of location.
You can set, change, or remove your nomination at any time.
Changing nominations can be done via the NHS App, by contacting any pharmacy, or by contacting your GP practice.

How does your delivery service work?

We’ll automatically receive any prescriptions issued from your GP and our expert team will get to work preparing these.

Once ready, we pass these to our delivery drivers who will work to deliver them to you on the next available working day.

What if I miss my delivery?

Our driver will leave a card. You can then contact the pharmacy to arrange a re-delivery or collect the item from the branch.

How do I order my next prescription?

You should continue to order your medication 7 days in advance through your GP or the NHS App to ensure a seamless delivery.

Is this service free?

Yes. There is no charge for the delivery service itself. Standard NHS or private prescription charges still apply unless you are exempt.

Can you deliver controlled drugs (CDs)?

Yes, but these require a signature from the patient or a designated representative upon delivery.

Can you provide same-day delivery for urgent items?

Depending on driver capacity, we may be able to deliver some items same-day if particularly urgent, such as antibiotics. Please contact us if you need to arrange this.
