Paperless Prescriptions
Most pharmacies are buried in paper “tokens.” We decided to do things differently.
- TITAN Technology: We use the UK’s leading digital pharmacy system. Your prescription is tracked on screens and verified by barcodes, not paper slips.
- Paperless Prescriptions: While some medications (like Controlled Drugs) still require paper by law, we have digitised 87.5% of our workflow.
- The Impact: That’s 245,000 sheets of paper saved annually. In terms of resources, that is equivalent to saving a small grove of 12 mature trees every single year.

Zero-Emission Prescription Delivery
Traditional delivery vans are a major source of local CO2 and nitrogen dioxide. We’ve retired the diesel.
- Electric Fleet: Our branded delivery vans are 100% electric. They produce zero tailpipe emissions, meaning the medicine delivered to your door doesn’t contribute to local air pollution.
- Efficiency First: We use AI-powered route optimisation to ensure our vans take the shortest, most energy-efficient path possible.
Closing the Loop on Medical Waste
PenCycle Recycling Scheme
Medical plastics are notoriously difficult to recycle, but we’re helping to change that.
Partnering with Novo Nordisk, your Novo pre-filled diabetes and weight management injectable pens can now be recycled with us.
- Official PenCycle Partner: We are a registered drop-off point for the Novo Nordisk PenCycle scheme.
- Recycle Your Pens: Don’t throw your used Novo Nordisk insulin or weight-loss pens in the bin. Bring them to any of our branches, and we’ll ensure the plastic and glass are recycled into new products instead of being incinerated.
- Recycle from home: we also provide receptacles you can keep at home and fill with your used pen, which you can then pop in the post to be recycled when full.
