We wish all of our patients, staff and communities a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend, and thank you for your continued support.
No deliveries will be made on the Summer Bank Holiday (26th August 2024), as well as Weekends. Your usual delivery day for your medicines may change as a result of this, however we’ll ensure these get to you, usually the day beforehand.
Please remember to order your repeat medications in plenty of time before they’re due, up to 7 days beforehand. GP Practices will have limited opening times over Bank Holidays, and our pharmacies will be busy and so it may take slightly longer to dispense your items. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Our team work hard throughout the year to offer you the best possible care. Please let us know if there’s anything more we can do to help you.
We’ll be offering both COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination from all of our sites from early October.

You can find a list of pharmacies open in Northumberland on the Integrated Care Board website, linked below. Other pharmacies can dispense prescriptions sent to them electronically, or on paper, as well as providing many other services, such as pharmacy first. NHS 111 services can provide medical advice for urgent conditions which aren’t an emergency, and can also direct you to further out-of-hours services, such as walk-in centres and out-of-hours prescribers, if required.
